Kim and her entire team are extremely professional, meticulous, and dedicated. She guided us through the sale of our home as well as a new purchase—and did so with surprising speed! One particularly remarkable aspect is that Kim has a wealth of knowledge not only about real estate, but also about buildings and the legal aspects of the buying and selling processes (which aren’t always straightforward!), which makes us feel truly well-supported and confident. We’ll definitely call on Kim in the future if we have another real estate transaction to complete. Thank you for everything!!

For me, Kim was an instant favorite: friendly, cheerful, and EXTREMELY well-prepared. Even while we were in the process of choosing a real estate agent, she already had comparable listings, sales timelines, and sale prices ready. It was impossible not to choose her. She’s always available and quick to answer our questions, as is her team.

Kim was exceptional throughout our home-buying process. She was always responsive and available to answer our questions. Her extensive experience and wide network of contacts were major assets, both during the search phase and throughout the negotiation process. We truly felt we were in good hands, and her cheerful disposition made our experience all the more enjoyable. We’ll definitely recommend her to our friends and family! A big thank you to Kim, Natacha, and her entire team!
